Holy Toledo!!!!! This recipe was on the money and it was the perfect accompaniment to a slow cooked pork shoulder. I had a bunch of peaches from Hartland Orchard that were waiting for me to make a decision on their fate. Your sauce was absolutely amazing! I also used it on a cheeseburger.
I made this last night. Modified the recipe quite a bit. I used 4 cups plus of peaches and a bottle of chili sauce. I used frozen and canned with heavy syrup (what I had). Molasses is a must, reduced the chipotle peppers to 2 because it is such a strong flavor. Used powdered garlic and onion powder vs. fresh. Raw onion tends to overpower the flavor of the fruit i found in other fruit based BBQ sauces I make. I added citric acid and vinegar to up the acidity to preserve the flavor and allow longer storage.

Now that I have finished sauce, I tried it on some wings today and it was delicious. I would up the amount of fruit to 6 cups to give it a more of a peach flavor and used a smoked jalapeno chipotle powder vs. the chipotle in adobo. I make a mango habanero sauce and you can really taste the mango's and the habanero adds a nice heat.
