					<description><![CDATA[There were several recipes we enjoyed, but our favorite was smoked cheese. We made some, loved it, made a bunch more for gifts, then a bunch more for more gifts. Everyone who tasted it loved it. I used hickory on one batch and cherry on the last one. The cherry was probably the best as it was a bit milder smoke flavor. It was good to eat two days after making it. I waited two weeks on the hickory.]]></description>
