Ingredients

  • 6 ounces tomato paste
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ½ cup white vinegar
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • ¾ teaspoon Kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoons garlic powder

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a medium saucepan.
  • Whisk the ingredients together until smooth.
  • Bring to a boil over medium heat, then lower the heat and allow the ketchup to simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Turn off the heat and allow the ketchup to cool. Then pour inside an empty, clean jar or bottle. Store covered in the refrigerator.
