- 6 ounces tomato paste
- ¼ cup honey
- ½ cup white vinegar
- ¼ cup water
- 1 teaspoon white sugar
- ¾ teaspoon Kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoons garlic powder
Combine all the ingredients in a medium saucepan.
Whisk the ingredients together until smooth.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, then lower the heat and allow the ketchup to simmer for 20 minutes.
Turn off the heat and allow the ketchup to cool. Then pour inside an empty, clean jar or bottle. Store covered in the refrigerator.
