  • Lay the snapper onto a oiled grill grate over direct heat, flesh side down and Brush with fish sauce. Cook for approximately 5-10 minutes.
  • Flip the snapper over to the skin side. Cook until opaque and fish is flaky, turning only that one time.
  • Brush fish sauce over the fish a few times during cooking, about 20-30 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillet.
