Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ cup lemon juice

Instructions

  • In a small pot, melt butter into Worcestershire Sauce and lemon juice.
  • Brush over fish a few times during cooking the fish, on both sides.
