Melt butter in a medium non-stick frying pan. Fry the eggs sunny-side up; season with salt and pepper.
Prepare the tortilla per package directions or toast over the burner of a gas stove.
Add ¼ cup of guacamole; spread out over the tortilla leaving about ½-inch from around the edges uncovered. Carefully place the fried egg on top of the guacamole then add about ¼ cup of the salsa.
