Prepare the salads in individual bowls to ensure the ingredient disperse evenly throughout.Add the spring mix, top with berries and nuts. Sprinkle with blue cheese and drizzle with dressing, and serve!
Notes
Use prewashed and packaged greens to save time. If using fresh-picked greens, use a salad spinner to help spin the water out after washing them.
Use a spouted glass container or a spoon to help drizzle the vinaigrette onto the salad.
Lightly toast and cool the nuts for a more robust flavor.
Don’t cut the strawberries any earlier than 24 hours before eating. The strawberries will weep and cause the lettuce to become soggy.
Crumble the cheese while it is cold. Room temperature cheese has more flavor, but it’s hard to crumble.
