This horseradish white barbecue sauce has the sweet zesty tang of Alabama white barbecue sauce offset with a warm finish of extra horseradish and hot sauce.
Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepperto taste
Instructions
Whisk the ingredients together in a small bowl. Pour the barbecue sauce into a jar with lid. Refrigerate for at least one hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
Notes
The hot sauce:If you are not a fan of spicy food, you could leave it out or make two versions one that is mild and one that’s spicy for the spice lovers in your life. I like to use Cholula because it has a robust flavor without the lingering heat that some sauces tend to have.Storage: The sauce will keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, so save time and make it ahead!
