This Peanut Butter and Jelly Martini cocktail recipe is the perfect brunch cocktail to wash down just about any meal. This cocktail is made with raspberry and hazelnut liqueurs, and grape juice. Light crisp and refreshing cocktail with subtle hints of nuttiness and grape jelly.

After recently sharing the Steak Eggs Benedict with Chipotle-Lime Hollandaise recipe, we figured you would need something to wash it all down.

The Story Behind the Peanut Butter and Jelly Martini Recipe:

We used to frequent a certain restaurant on Sundays for brunch. We used to order PB&J Martinis, drink, and eat ourselves into a food coma with their Crab Cakes Eggs Benedict. It was our Sunday Funday happy place, but the owners decided to make some changes for some reason. After that, we didn’t care for our Sunday Funday anymore. It’s a shame because they had a good thing going. As a result of the changes, the food wasn’t as good, and the people we like visiting weren’t there anymore.

This Peanut Butter and Jelly Martini cocktail recipe uses flavored liqueurs and grape juice. They're light and refreshing with hints of nut and grape jelly.

Needless to say, we don’t visit that brunch place anymore. Instead, we entertain ourselves at home and make our own brunch. Through the powers of Facebook, I was able to contact the person who brought this cocktail to the menu we used to enjoy. He was kind enough to give us the recipe and permission to use it here on the blog to share with you.

I know, this cocktail sounds like it is thick, gommy and throat burning, doesn’t it? So did we, but flavored liqueurs give it subtle hints of flavor and keep this cocktail light and refreshing.

This cocktail is guaranteed to bring a smile to anyone’s face, even for not-so-morning folks like myself.

We want to thank our good friend John for this fantastic PB&J martini recipe and for allowing us to share it with our readers.

Cheers John!
