Aluminum Foil Grilling Basket {No Grill Basket? No Problem!

When David and I grilled veggies last week for Meatless Monday, we did not have a grilling basket for our cherry tomatoes. Instead of going to the store and buying one we used aluminum foil. We shaped the foil into the shape of a box, placed it on the grill, poked holes in it (to allow the heat and smoke to come through). The tomatoes cooked just as good as they would have in a grilling basket. The best part is, there was no clean up involved afterward. We simply removed the tomatoes from the foil, allowed the foil to cool. Then trashed the foil. No mess!

Instead of buying a grilling basket use aluminum foil. Shape the foil into the shape of a box, place on the grill, and poke holes in it. An inexpensive fix! | TheMountainKitchen.com

What grilling tricks have you used aluminum foil for?
