Juicy burgers = soggy buns, but guess what? I have some help for soggy hamburger buns!

If you love making burgers at home, but hate it when your hamburger bun gets soggy and falls apart, here’s a tip to keep your burger together and make it less soggy:

When building your burger, simply put the lettuce on the bottom underneath your burger. It will help the greasy goodness from the burger from saturating your bun. This reverse burger building technique will help keep your burger together longer and make eating your juicy hamburger a little less messy.

Need help with soggy hamburger buns? This burger building technique will help make eating your juicy hamburger a little less messy. No more soggy buns! | TheMountainKitchen.com

David and I always say a juicy burger that falls apart are some of the best burgers, but this tip will help keep your burger experience a lot less messy. And some of us need all the help with being less messy that we can get (David).
