#10 SMOKED CROWN ROAST
If you’re looking for something to feast on for any special occasion, then this smoked pork crown roast may be exactly what you are looking for.
This roast has that certain wow factor that will impress your family and friends and give them that good to-the-bone barbecue flavor goodness they crave.
#9 AIR FRYER COD
Air fryers are great for making us fried fish lovers eat healthier. I love making this air fryer cod recipe! The fish fillets have the same crispy golden fillet with warm, soft, flaky cod inside, like when fried in a skillet.
The beauty of using an air fryer is that you don’t have the awful smell, all that hot spattering oil, and saturated fat. Instead, it’s a miracle-working appliance!
#8 CLASSIC TUNA FISH SALAD
This classic tuna fish salad makes one of my all-time favorite sandwiches. I love how flavorful it is.
Why You’ll Love This Recipe:
- Simplicity
- Make-Ahead
- Few Ingredients
- Versatility
The way my mama used to make tuna salad.
#7 PICKLED GREEN TOMATOES
These pickled green tomatoes are sweet, tangy, slightly salty, crunchy, and delicious! A great condiment to enjoy as they are, chopped in salads, sliced on sandwiches, or even fried.
A quick pickle recipe – ready in 24 hours!
#6 ROTISSERIE SMOKED CHICKEN
If you think supermarket rotisserie chicken is good, it ain’t got nothing on this brined rotisserie-smoked chicken smoked over mesquite wood.
So smoky, tender, and so incredibly juicy, this recipe will guide you through cooking one of the best chickens you will ever pull from your grill.
#5 SMOKED PORK CHOPS
These smoked pork chops are brined in our pork and poultry brine, rubbed in our homemade pork dry rub, smoked slowly over cherry wood, and finished hot with barbecue sauce!
This smoked pork chop recipe will show you how to make tender, juicy pork chops that you and your family will love.
#4 GREEK CHICKEN KABOBS
I don’t know about you, but I think I could eat Greek food all the time! I adore the bright, fresh flavors of Greek food and how it all comes together.
This recipe is pretty simple: cut, marinade, skewer, and grill (or broil)!
Did I mention this recipe is healthy too?
The marinating takes the longest amount of time in this recipe. Greek chicken kabobs grill quickly, making them great for entertaining, or fire up the grill for an easy weeknight meal.
#3 REESE’S PEANUT BUTTER CHEESECAKE
Reese’s Peanut Butter Cheesecake is sinfully indulgent but so worth it!
This cheesecake begins with a buttery Oreo crust topped with creamy peanut butter cheesecake with Reese’s peanut butter cups swirled within. Then this cheesecake is drenched in a rich chocolate ganache sprinkled with a mound of peanut butter cups on top.
I have made this cheesecake many times since then. It never fails; it’s a hit for parties, especially for the holidays.
#2 ROTISSERIE PRIME RIB
There’s nothing more mesmerizing than to watch a prime rib roast rotate on a spit, slowly roasting over the warm glow of a charcoal grill. Using a rotisserie unit is a great way to grill a very tender and extremely juicy prime rib full of flavor. The rotation of the meat keeps all of the glorious juices basting the meat to lock in flavor and give it a magnificent smoky crust.
This recipe calls for an aromatic garlic herb butter for basting that adds even more flavor to produce the most fantastic standing rib roast you have ever tasted.
#1 HOW TO MAKE SMOKED PASTRAMI
CALLING ALL SMOKED PASTRAMI LOVERS, it’s time to smoke your own deli meat!!
Smoked pastrami may seem like a complicated and lengthy process, but truth be told, it’s really no different than smoking a brisket. Yes, it is a little bit of a process, but honestly, the hardest part is having the time and patience to allow it to cure.
This guide will walk you through the entire process. Once you taste your very own smoked pastrami, it will be all worth it!

There were several recipes we enjoyed, but our favorite was smoked cheese. We made some, loved it, made a bunch more for gifts, then a bunch more for more gifts. Everyone who tasted it loved it. I used hickory on one batch and cherry on the last one. The cherry was probably the best as it was a bit milder smoke flavor. It was good to eat two days after making it. I waited two weeks on the hickory.

Cherry is my favorite smoking wood. Hickory can be intense. I bet it was all good though. Thanks for your continued feedback and support. Happy New Year!

The one recipe we loved was Cowboy Candy or candied Jalapeno peppers.
