Going to the grocery store used to be a lot of fun for David and me, but lately, it’s one of the saddest and most depressing places to go. Seeing all those empty store shelves reminds us just how tough the times are right now due to the Coronavirus. It’s times like these when we need to do our best to look inside our pantry and create some delicious home-cooked meals without a lot of effort. These pantry recipes are crucial right now more than ever.
